Where Can I Serve?
Jesus told us, his disciples, to make disciples of all nations. Fallston Baptist Church values our mission to the world. It begins in our own community and spreads overseas to every nation. Church members are involved in a variety of ministries.
“Many hands make light work.”
Lend us your hands.

The Youth Ministry is active in the community by providing food for those in need, attending Caswell and other mission trips, giving of themselves for others.

At Fallston Baptist Church, we are excited to be part of expanding God’s kingdom around the world. We actively support missionaries with our money and with our prayers.
Backpacks for School Children
We provide nutritious foods and deliver them to school age children to make sure they have something good to eat during the weekend.

Water Camps
Children grades 1 – 5
In July we offer a 4 day Water Camp that consists of bible teachings, crafts, water games, slides and a family night on the last evening. Like all activities, these are open to the public and we encourage all to come.

Boomers and Beyond
Media and Technology
Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of Fallston Baptist Church. In an age of technology, we are stewards of these tools and make efforts to use them for kingdom purposes. We record our weekly sermons in audio format and distribute them as needed to members and the community in and near Fallston. We also maintain an active Facebook page.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
We crochet or knit shawls, blankets, lap robes, and prayer cloths for members or non-members who are in need due to grief or serious illness. We also receive donated handmade items from anyone who wants to participate.
On Wednesday evening, members of the congregation pray over these handmade gifts of love asking God to bless individual recipients. Then we deliver the blankets and pray with the recipients.
Prayer Warriors
Prayer moves the hand of God and brings us closer to Him. Our Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer and committed to God’s sovereignty. Each Sunday before and during the morning service, a team of volunteers are praying for the ministry of the Word. Throughout the week, volunteers from our Prayer Warriors team pray for our pastor, a list of church members, people in our community and beyond, any special requests, and missionary prayer needs.
We offer a safe alternative for children in Cleveland County on Halloween. Truck or Treat is a family-oriented event where Fallston Baptist Church provides hot dog meals, and church members decorate their vehicles and distribute treats to children.
Fund Raising Ministry
For families who are strapped for funds to pay expensive medical bills, we have held fund-raising events by serving meals for donations to the cause. These events are always open to the public.
A summer tradition for decades, VBS teachers and staff offer themed Bible study, songs, activities, and snacks for children, usually lasting five evenings. The last evening culminates in exciting, enthusiastic participation allowing the children to demonstrate for parents and friends what they have learned. Children from many parts of Cleveland County usually attend.
Children’s Ministry
Children grades 1 – 5 enthusiastically participate in many activities beginning on Wednesday evenings at 6:30. They study about missions, learn Bible verses, sing, watch movies, and take field trips. They demonstrate their mission-mindedness by visiting home-bound members. Twice a month, these children lead the call to worship during our Sunday service.
Food Pantry Ministry
Our Fallston Baptist Church Food Pantry is open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings 9:00 – 10:30 to provide food for families in our community who need temporary assistance.
